Creamy Smoky Cheddar Pasta with Chicken

As a Tastefully Simple Consultant, I try to cook something with our products almost every day.  Our dinner tonight was made with our Smoky Cheddar Cheese Ball Mix and it was delicious.  I also made sure to make extra so we would have leftovers for the next couple days.

I thought you would love it if I shared this fabulous recipe with you.

First mix bread crumbs with 1 tsp Seasoned Salt and 1 tsp Garlic Garlic

Beat 2 eggs with about 2 TBSP milk

Dip the chicken breasts in the egg mixture then in the bread crumb mixture.

Brown both sides of the chicken breasts in olive oil for about 3 minutes per side.

Drizzle with melted butter and bake in a 350* oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the Smoky Cheddar Cheese Ball mix with 8 oz. cream cheese.  Put that mixture into a small saucepan and thin with 1 cup milk, stirring constantly.  Heat until warm and slightly thickened.

While that is cooking, cook pasta of your choice according to package directions.

Place cooked pasta in serving dish and pour Creamy Smoky Cheddar sauce over top.

Remove chicken breasts from oven and cut into 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces.

Place chicken on top of warm pasta and sauce and serve.

It was delicious and my family gave it a 10!
